Hi Nathan, we have a full team in the recreational mixed division, except that my runner just told me today he wouldn't be able to race! We are mostly over 40 year olds who have raced together before, 5 women and 2 men at the moment. We are not super competitive but we each like to try to beat our personal times from the previous year. Let me know if you think this team would be a good fit for you - pamfonda@yahoo.com. Thanks!

Hey, our Whatcom Open team, the Wreckers, is looking for a halfway-speedy road biker. We're not obsessive but like to challenge ourselves to a good finish. 6 men and 1 woman presently, will take all sexes and sizes. Please give me a call at 360-332-8711 if interested. Thanks. Mike

Hi, I am looking for a team who needs a XC skier. Last year I joined a team too and came in around 50th place. Being on a competitive team isn't super important for me as getting to participate and have fun! Woo Hoo!
Thanks,

Vin

Hello, my name is Nathan Haase and I am looking to join a Ski to Sea team to compete in the running leg of the race. My average pace will likely be between 8.5-9 minute miles. I have experience running a variety of distances including marathons, half marathons and 5Ks. This will be my first time competing for Ski to Sea.

Hi Lane,
We are still looking for a cross country skier. I don't know that our team will be as competitive as you are looking for though. This is the first time most of our team is competing. We would love to have you though if that won't bother you.

I'm available for the race, not super fast, but not a slowpoke. I paddle a conventional sea kayak. My time will probably be in the 1-1&1/4 hour range.
Thx, Brett

Greetings,
I'm available to do the kayak leg. I've done this leg many times in the past. I will be in decent condition and should be able to complete it with a respectable time.

Thx, Brett

Hello,

Looking for a competitive open team interested in an elite cross-country skier. He lives in Seattle and has never done race but skis competitively in the PNW. He finished on the podium in this year's Methow Valley Pursuit with top local competitors.
